For young professionals between the ages of 20 and 35 working with vulnerable youth ⬇

The “Capacity Building of Youth Workers Working on Integration and Inclusion of Vulnerable Youth” is a project that is financed by Visegrad+ Fund. It will involve participants from 5 countries to cooperate and exchange experience related to vulnerable groups at youth work.

Too often, young individuals around the world suffer extreme hardship or violence, experience discrimination, or face social marginalization. Service providers, researchers, and other witnesses have documented that human traffickers take advantage of such circumstances. Indeed, exploitation appears even more likely when a confluence of such circumstances besets particular communities.
As an example, after incarceration, being isolated from society for a certain period of time, prisoners face some difficulties in the transition from prisons to the community. In that case, they are more likely to commit another crime or be rearrested for a similar offense. Likely, most orphans are excluded from society with no job, no education, "no community".
