The opening ceremony of the two-day event was attended by ministers, officials, and international organizations.

The Assembly began its work with the speeches of the officials. First of all, the president of Turkey, Recep Tayyib, was invited to the meeting of the president. Later, the President of the World Ethnoidman Confederation Necmettin Bilal Erdoğan, President of ICYF Taha Ayhan, Assistant Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farhad Hajiyev, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke at the opening ceremony.

It should be noted that the main goal in the development of the Assembly is the election of the board and president of the Youth Forum of the Islamic organization, as well as the board and director of the Eurasian Regional Center. At the same time, in the panel discussions, discussions were held, touching on a number of topics that participated in the youth forum.
